We provide debt collection services to banks business and individuals. In bad economic situations when money circulation going down borrowers fail to service their loan in agreed terms and conditions therefore lenders rely on the services of experts for their debt recovery.
We are advitising to the public different properties like house, car, movable and immovable assets as provided by a client we take bid then we sell to the highest bidder we do this in an open way.we also sell properties in a normal way under private contracts.

The below approaches are guidelines on how we start the collection on a Past Due Bill. When placing a claim you can choose how we start the collection process
Code 1 Soft Approach: We place phone calls & send demand letters to the debtor, in order to make the debtor aware there is a collection problem and that a third party is now involved. It is a slap on the wrist and a "Let's get this paid up right away." In a lot of cases this approach is all that is needed to get this matter resolved.
Code 2 Strong Approach: We then place phone calls, physical visits and send strong demand letters indicating serious action will be taken if the debt is not retired right away. There will be a sense of urgency in getting this account promptly paid.
Code 3 Action Approach: Additional phone calls and special correspondence will be sent. We will let the debtor know we have our legal department in the debtor’s area (if out of Dar es Salaam) and are prepared to forward to the court if they refuse to respond.
Code 4 Litigation: If all of the above efforts fail to collect your account, we will consult with you to see if it would be feasible to sue the debtor. If a suit seems appropriate, our attorney will submit suit requirements for your approval.
If the debtor fails to fulfil responsibility amicably, the company will left nothing rather than proceeding with auction of the property that serving as a security of the loan
Code 1 Newspaper advertisement: The company will advertise the defaulters property in any of the local newspaper . The advertisement will be as a notice to the defaulter as for him/her within 14 days to repay the debt
Code 2 Notice to local government and defaulter: The company will serve the notice to the local government and defaulter to inform them on the auction that is going to be done.
Code 3 Information letter to the district commissioner: The company will serve the district commissioners office with a letter informing the about the defaulted loan and the auction on the property that secured the loan
Code 4 Public advertisement and announcement: After finishing all the above procedures, the company will advertise and announce in public about the auction of the defaulted loan and the auctioning of the property that secured the loan.
